Krysthel Rodr\u00edguez P\u00e9rez, Mtra. Dalis Sof\u00eda Sosa Guti\u00e9rrez, Mtra. Alejandra Campos Gonz\u00e1lez, Mtro. Leonardo Montoya Soto y Mtro. Salvador Nieves Cruz, dieron inicio al trabajo de campo del proyecto de Turismo Comunitario: \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico de los procesos alimentarios y artesanales t\u00edpicos de Juan Rodr\u00edguez Clara para su promoci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Durante esta primera etapa, se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas en aproximadamente 20 comunidades del municipio, entre ellas Paso Ganado, Los Tigres, Angostura, La Isleta, Hidalgo, Emiliano Zapata, Monte Rosa y Palo Miguel, entre otras.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Este diagn\u00f3stico tiene como objetivo sistematizar la informaci\u00f3n para identificar a los grupos que elaboran productos representativos de su localidad, detectar \u00e1reas de oportunidad y brindarles apoyo mediante talleres, capacitaciones y asesor\u00edas. Todo esto con la finalidad de mejorar sus procesos y productos, adem\u00e1s de fomentar su comercializaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de estrategias de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica que posicionen al municipio desde su identidad gastron\u00f3mica y artesanal.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">El Mtro. Giovanni Landa Morales, Director General del TecNM Campus Juan Rodr\u00edguez Clara, agradece al personal del H.
